I am not in the habit of leaving reviews unless really deserving. Due to a new computer, I had to download the software again. I was unable to use my key for Publisher Rocket as they have changed it and the new key was sent to an email that is no longer active. I emailed them (almost 2 years after initial purchase) and I received a promt response the same day with no issues. I love working with companies that offer great customer service that matches their great product!
